Nachos



Ingredients


  • 200 grams of minced meat

  • Tortilla chips / nachos

  • 1 paprika

  • 1 spring onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 120 ml sour cream

  • Guacamole

  • Salsa sauce

  • 200 grams grated cheddar cheese

  • Coriander and parsley


Preparation method



Preheat the crispy fryer to 200 degrees. In a pan on the stove, loosen the minced meat and later add pieces of bell pepper, spring onion and tomato. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with some of the minced meat mix. Divide some of the tortilla chips over it. Cover the next layer with the rest of the mincemeat mix and cover with the last tortilla chips. Spoon some sour cream on top. Sprinkle the entire baking dish with grated cheese. Place the baking dish in the cripy fryer and bake the nachos for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish the nachos with some coriander and parsley before serving. Serve the nachos with the guacamole, salsa sauce and sour cream.
