Monster Peppers



Ingredients


  • 2 peppers

  • 150 grams of minced meat

  • Handful of corn

  • Handful of grated cheese

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • Pinch of paprika powder

  • Pinch of garlic powder

  • 0.5 onion

  • 1 spring onion

  • 100 ml sour cream

  • 0.5 tomato

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste



Preparation method



Preheat the crispy fryer to 200 degrees. Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in the pan with the garlic powder and the minced meat. Add the paprika, salt and pepper and tomato paste and mix with the rest. Chop the tomato into small pieces and add it to the mincemeat mix. Finally add the corn and let it cook for a while. Cut the lids off the peppers and hollow out the peppers.

Fill the peppers with the minced meat mix and sprinkle the cheese over the peppers. Bake the peppers for another 15 minutes in the crispy fryer and then serve them with a scoop of sour cream.
